Once you have logged into the Stockxpert website you will see the Hello (User Name) in the upper right corner. You will see when your account is set to expire right after this welcome message. 02 How can I cancel the auto renewal option? You will need to send an email to customer service requesting to have the auto renewal option removed from your account. 03 How many images can I download during my membership? You are permitted to download up to 25 images per 24 hour period from Stockxpert during the term of your subscription. However, we recommend that you limit your downloads to only the photos you need. There are two reasons for this:
04 Can I download my Lightbox? The Lightbox is just a feature for you to use to save possible images you wish to download at a later date. Stockxpert is not designed to allow bulk downloading. You will need to select each individual image to choose the size you would like to save. 05 Can I use images from Stockxpert on websites? Yes, you may use Stockxpert images on your own websites or clients' websites, but only as design elements. These images are not to be downloaded from your site, nor may you permit your customers to download these images from your site. 06 Can I share my username and password with someone in my office? No, you are not permitted to share your username and password with anyone! We have a compelling multi-seat licensing offer for small, medium, and large businesses. Please contact customer service to discuss your options. 07 Can I use my Stockxpert images after my subscription expires? Yes, you are permitted to use any images that you have downloaded and used during the term of your subscription after your subscription expires. We grant you a traditional non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual license for images that you have used however; you may only continue to use the image(s) in the same product or service that they were incorporated in during the subscription term. Any images that have been downloaded and not used during the term of your subscription are not permitted for first use after the subscription expires. This would be considered stock piling and in violation of our End User Licensing Agreement.
