4.1 Getting started

How to apply?

Before you can start selling your images on Stockxpert, you need to sign up as a regular user and then apply to be a seller. To apply, you have to fill out an Artist application form at My account / Profile.

The application process

Please tell us a bit about yourself in the application form and upload five high quality samples of your work. Please take your time and fill out the form PROPERLY, beceause applications with missing information will not be accepted. Your application will be checked by the administrator team within a few days and you will be able to see the results in your profile.

Important! Before submitting the application please make sure that the images you provide for review are of the highest possible quality (high resolution, NO NOISE, no unintentional blur) and give us a good overview on your work. Please try to avoid subjects that don't sell well on stock websites. For more information please check our best sellers. Thank you!

I got approved, what now?

If your application got approved, you can start uploading images right away. Your uploads will be still checked by the administrator team, but the most difficult part is over. :)

I got rejected, what can I do?

The most common reason for rejections is either bad image quality (excessive digital noise, lack of focus or lightning/composition issues) or material that's not really suited for stock and therefore it won't sell well. Before applying, we highly recommend doing some research on what's popular in stock (you can do this easily by checking our top downloads for example), and it goes without saying that at least an entry level DSRL camera is required to join us.

If you get rejected, you can't apply again for a month. After that you may try again.
